I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

We are here until Monday. @Former-Member. I’m hoping that some me time might help to reset. I love being here on the coast. I love the sun and the sea. But mentally my family are slowly unraveling the work I have done.
I have a massive urge to hurt myself which I haven’t done for about 2 months.

Yeah, that is not a nice feeling 😢. Maybe trying to make more time in the ocean? The cool feeling of the water as it rolls over your face, the salty aftertaste and the breeze across the top of the water's edge might help with a reset? And also some alone time! Has the water been swim worthy? @Captain24

Do I feel supported? I’d have to say most of the time. Not always. But that is probably my own fault.
