Thank you all for your expressions of support and concern and, also, for setting up this thread @Oaktree .

I have taken some time aside to deal with changing house, completion of counselling, and dealing with medical issues. The change of address included a time that I did not have access to my computer. In a sense, I used this time as a time of "limited digital connection", which I felt that I required. My time out was not intended to have been such a complete lack of contact or for quite such a long time.

Since I did not have my computer with me, I have not accessed my emails, to which I shall also attend today.

I very much appreciate the sentiments expressed in the responses on this thread. Thank you very much to each of you.
