Welcome and getting started

Medications

Medications

Feeling strangely weirdly numb. My Doctor previously prescribed me some temporary sleeping tablets to help me sleep at night. I wake up kinda groggy, feel ok only to feel kinda tired again. I have read that some of these sleep medications can affect your vision. I am pretty hypersensitive and wearing sunglasses inside. But at least it's helping me get a little bit of sleep. I have been off my anti depressants for year and have been better for it. I won't go back because after 12 years it started to make me feel worse and suicidal. I'd rather have a good nights sleep on this medication rather than stay on antidepressants. Jut saying.

Hey there @TheJuZShoW

Whats your relationship like with your Doc? Might be worth letting them know about those particular things you’ve described to us here.

Nice you’re getting more sleep, I just wonder if they could provide more info or options around it hey.

Talk to your gp about the morning groggies, it’s possible that something as simple as taking it earlier in the evening and having a longer wind down period at night might be effective.

Tried a few things. But a lot didn't work. This is the only medication that can provide me with better sleep relief. I'll give it a few more days, see if I adjust.
