Hi I'm new here. I have other supports set up but still need an outlet here, other people to relate to, etc. I'm still trying to find a good psychologist. I had to reset my information and come back here as a new member. I pretty much know my way around these forums but comments are still welcome!🙂

I gave away away psychologists many years ago, doing my own positive mental health issues management for years now, i.e. support groups, mental health literature, meditation, ect.
