Really struggling with sleep

Really struggling with sleep

Only recently got our two young kids to sleep mostly through the night apart from maybe once or twice, and to be honest the 4 yo has only ever slept through the night a small handful of times in life up until now he’s been more challenging than the baby but anyway so back to me

now I can’t sleep
I just can’t no matter what I do no matter what sleep routine or anything like that I try and I am just awake all night and it’s been like this all week I haven’t slept in a few days

what can I do

Re: Really struggling with sleep

@ArraDreaming I am so sorry to hear about the migraine and how you are feeling. I can imagine that would have been such a scary experience So glad your partner was there to help you get the medical support you needed in the moment. Hoping you feel better soon Are migraines something you have experienced before?

If you ever want to chat migraines and resources, please feel free to tag me. I also experience migraines that have some interesting sensory aura like you have described, and found a lot of support in talking to others

Thinking of you today! Please take care, and know we are all sitting here with you

Hi @Daisydreamer yeah so I used to get these headaches like I can only describe as head in a microwave headaches in hindsight probably migraines but nothing really helped they were just awful felt like my head had been put in a microwave and the door slammed shut and then turned on, this morning was like that, plus the dizziness and the feeling of just overall unsteadiness

thajso for you support I’d be interested in some of that help and resources if you have any time to chat @Daisydreamer
