2022

2022

This year will be different to last

I have some plans in the making and a lot will happen and change.

I nearly had a panic attack tonight but avoided it entirely by thinking through what needed to be done in the immediate future. So I did exactly what I knew I needed to. And left it there.

I also fixed my mattress for a temp fix before I get the new one.

There's always so much on my mind. So much I want and need.

But I know the strides I made last year will push me forward.

Just need to set a routine and be stringent. But also not hard on myself.

Its hard for me socially atm so I take what I can.

Dating - I have no idea and to be honest I'm okay with that. I have some apps but I will ween myself away from it. I'm open minded enough. Thatll do for now.

Now it's bed time.

Talk tomorrow

Re: 2022

@MDT sorry to hear things are not so good, i missed this thread im so sorry, any luck looking for other work to replace yur current position? maybe try for some part time or casual work that is not so demanding until you can figure things out. re friends marrying and going on there own journey, i still struggle with this question, so many life goals society has for us i still have not managed to achieve, im not marrie,d i have no kids, i don't own a home, i don't own a car, im in my first relationship now, but i thought that would never happen. i see so many of my peers, wealthy and happy and feel so ashamed of where i am in life.

i worry my partner will one day see i am not worth her time and she will leave me.

Re: 2022

its all good @Jacques

I didn't tag anyone

Sometimes i make new posts without tagging people so reason to apologise

It's not so much about job and work anymore I guess hey. It's more about what I can do with my time otherwise. I have a plan, just got to enact it. I'm still doing my work placement on the side which has been beneficial. Opens up doors. I spoke to my psych about it too

I don't think your partner will you leave you mate - you are genuine and that is worth more than anything. That's what I aspire to be. I said this to some matches on a dating app lately - that i was taking a break from dating and needed to prioritise my life. I hate ghosting too. It's the worst.

Things are changing for me mate. Just a case of enacting it i guess. There will be dark moments but this is part of life maybe?

I keep remembering the salutation to the dawn as well you know
