I am only too familiar with health; operations; recovery and rehabilitation.

well, am still ab bit iffy after op , most of the time its okay then sore throat and want to sleep @Sophia1

had so many tests done , well for blood thinners as well.

Foot seems to be improving ,so prob increasing walking to something like normal sometime soon.

Got inheritance money in bank tonight. So will have to keep more of an eye on real estate sites now.

Health on the improvement albeit slowly is the nature of recovery.

Increasing walking brings with it more activity and life!

I am working at that one still.

Inheritance money in the bank must be a huge relief after such a journey to get there.

Spend your money wisely of course. Always make offers. Although current climate in real estate is overloaded.

You have life experience you will know.

You have opportunity and options therefore change to look forward to.

Tab will prevail.

..well seems the market has a way to go yet as in down, and obv th places that go down are over valued over leveraged, like crappy country places in SA after they went up heaps in covid, now seeing lots for sale 'with tenants' so things cant be good if still cant make ends meet on investment property with rental income. @Sophia1

ha ha already been doing sums for not paying rent, I would be so o much better off lol
