I am at crossroads and I don't know what to do or who to turn to.And I find it so hard to trust and to open up to anyone. For the most part I feel terrible and struggle to function day to day.. Do others have similar experenices and or concerns?

I like that song @oceangirl but also find it a sad song as I listened to it often at a sad point in my life, but not offended by it thanks for sharing, things are are helping me get through lately are completely switching off from social media so that I can focus on here and now without too much excess outside opinions and excess noise so to speak, to be able to focus, and mainly focus on just being as well as doing ,sometimes we need a space where we can just be, I think the forums helps with being as much as it does help with the doing aspect, some other things that have helped me personally are to let myself sit with feelings till they pass, distraction and finding other things to do besides social media for example what got me through the last two days of moodyness was watching movies, curling up in my bed during the day, almost self comforting, instead of using social media checking out some games on my phone instead like adult colouring ,and word geussing games,picture games ,sometimes allowing my inner child to just come out and relish in some creativity of some sort,music has also been helpfull,and when it comes to movies sometimes opting for familiar,nostalgic movies to pass the time and rase a sense of boredom or lonlieness,had a beautifull sleep last night after putting my phone on do not disturb and watching an almost lullaby story book type movie which was really calming,other times it seems Im turning to mindfullnes activities and the games on my phone have at times been a source of mindfullness and being rather than doing,there are things that I will try to get done today but focussing on being seems to bring a sense of ballance and calmness rather than just also rushing around
