Kurra Thank You. And Thank You to all the other replies. I do find they help and yes it makes things a little easier. I've got to get my 6 yr old boy to school now, and then try to do something. I have hours and hours of work that I am meant to do, but it's just not happening at the moment. I might just lie on the sofa again, for a change! Things for me are worse after school, as when my boy is at school at least I can be real, but when he's here I have to try to fake happiness. That's really hard and I know it's not fooling him. He said the wierdest thing to me yesterday. He was talking about how good he is at craft, and I ssaid that he was and he could do anything in the world, to which he replied "Even think of killing myself" so I went over and enquired, but he said it was just a thought, but that he would never do that etc. It really freaked me out. It was like he was reading my mind. One of my absolute worst fears is having passed dep and anxiety onto him genetically. I can't think of much worse. That got my spinning downwards even further. My husband is away as I think I said, so there's no-one to stop my mind. He's not great with this anyway... he whinged to me that he has to deal with our boy having ADHD and high functioning autism symptomology (seeing paed/child psych etc) and then me with my bad back (I have lots of metal! Fusions in lumbar area) and then my depression. That conversation made me feel great as you can imagine..... I speak to him and have to hide it, which makes me a bit angry with him, he tells me "Just wake up tomorrow and think 'I'm going to beat this, as I'm strong'" well that's just the biggest pile of poo I've ever heard, and made me feel more alone in all this. Then I joined this forum. I'm so pleased. I will keep checking in, as it sort of feels like a little lifeline at the moment. You are all such wonderful people. Thank YOu again x
