I have fallen into a deep depression

I have fallen into a deep depression. I'm in an enormous amount of psychological pain. I can't get out of bed. I have no energy at all. I thought writing about it might help.

I achieved some things today...

I watched one of Ediya's videos.

I did a 20 minute meditation (it was hard but I did it).

I listened to my audio book The Body Keeps the Score.

I had a tuna, bean and rice salad with a basil vinaigrette for lunch.

I have only had 3 glasses of water.

I have been trying to upload a photo of my Pug tattoo. It was taken on my old phone and it's in the wrong file format. It's driving me crazy.

I did it!

I had this tattoo done when I was very overweight and my arm is chubby here.

Also, the guy did a sh*t job and I want to get it fixed. It was supposed to look like this (without the glasses).

I'm in Victoria. Where are you?

I live in Qld.

I'm trying to sort out my depression and anxiety too. I want to change my life and not sure how to do it it. My sleep is my biggest issue. And I could do with a holiday and just to relax by a pool. I have to try to make a holiday at home and spend time down at the beach or the gym pool.

Ohhhhh I feel sick this morning from eating so much chocolate and ice cream. I'm dehydrated and I have a headache and I woke up in a horrible state of anxiety.

It sounds like you're having a really difficult time right now @Arizona which I'm sorry to hear. I understand what falling into a deep depression can feel like, I've been there and its horrible. It shows a lot of strength that you've reached out on the forums during this time which is huge and I hope support from the community helps you a little.

Do you have anyone who is able to help support you such as a therapist?

hey there
sorry to hear you have had a dark episode
I can empathise and i am in that space lately
thinking of you
i hope you find some light in your day today
last night i was quite depressed and went to bed earlier and i think having a bit more extra sleep has helped
work today indeed this week will be rough/tough and busy when it shouldn't be
I guess my point is that we just have to take it a step at a time
