I'm feeling lonely

I'm feeling lonely

Hello, I'm feeling lonely. I thought I'd start a thread and see if anyone wanted to chat.

I'm in bed having a cup of warm soy milk with vanilla and honey. I'm very tired after a staying awake all day (since 2.30am).

I just need to complain: I'm a night time person and I hate staying awake during the day. It's horrible. I'm so glad it's night time.

@Arizona

Sorry to hear you're feeling nauseous and achey from being awake.

Hope you enjoy your walk. I just mowed the lawn one less thing to do tomorrow or over the weekend.

Can you post a photo of your Pug, Ivan? My boy is named Milo and he is 3 and 9 months old and will be 4 in January. I am getting a new puppy in three weeks time 1/10.

I nearly forgot Milo had Patella luxation and TPLO (cruciate ligament) surgery. Its quite a recovery for him. He had his post op check up on Monday and they are happy with him.

I understand your boredom and relate to how you feel. You're not alone. I'm going to freshen up and then go make Milo his dinner and then think about what I would like to eat. I will probably come back on later. Is there anything you would like to chat about?

Oh I'm sorry @oceangirl . I forgot to re-write my post. I was going to re-write it.

I took my Pug for a walk. And I went to the supermarket. Unfortunately I ate too much and threw up (not in a major way). I'm not sure if you're allowed to talk about eating disorders on here. I have a mild eating disorder. My therapist knows about it. I'm going to make myself a cup of tea now.

Re: I'm feeling lonely

Hey @Arizona ,

You're certainly welcome to talk about your ED, especially if you find it helpful to do so. We do ask that folks are mindful of not sharing too many details about particular ED behaviours, or talk about specific quantities (e.g. kgs to lose or kms to run etc.) as these can be quite triggering, as I'm sure you can imagine. If you're unsure about anything you can always have a looksie at the Guidelines page, or email us - team@saneforums.org

Hope you're feeling a bit better after a cuppa
