Don't use it anymore surprised it still boots up @MDT then fan runs all the time. Windows 10 killed it, its 12years old lol

All the rest of it - there's a lot of immaturity going on there. I have noticed. I was sharing some stories of examples with my mum the other day.
MAybe it is a generational thing idk. I have been told I am mature for my age.

It could be a generational thing but not all people from that age bracket would be immature. And immaturity can go across various age brackets too, and not limited to the younger generation. I can understand why you don't want to get involved with your manager because it could easily get complicated. Thats a smart thing to do. What has your mum said about your work situation?
