I feel like my thoughts are out of control they are around SH, am safe but am struggling with the thoughts I have been so stressed the thoughts are just coming back. I don't want to have my addiction to SH again. I want to stay clean.

Not my day @Snowie @Eve7 @Shaz51 @Jynx @Peregrinefalcon @MDT @BPDSurvivor @Former-Member @BlueBay @Anastasia - not my night had To go get ultrasounds as I had abdo pain just to find out a ovarian cyst has ruptured and there is nothing they can do for it, I just have to ride the pain out. This is not fair at all. I'm in so much pain.
