I feel like my thoughts are out of control they are around SH, am safe but am struggling with the thoughts I have been so stressed the thoughts are just coming back. I don't want to have my addiction to SH again. I want to stay clean.

Ohhh @Fluttershy1 arguments are never fun, and can leave us feeling pretty horrible! If you are holding your emotions back in real life, would it help to write about them here, so you don't have to keep them all locked up inside?

@Jynx - i wrote a post earlier that was positive I don't know if you saw it.
it just feels all to much with the family conflict, I'm over them judging me for who I am and telling me what I can and can't do.
