I feel like my thoughts are out of control they are around SH, am safe but am struggling with the thoughts I have been so stressed the thoughts are just coming back. I don't want to have my addiction to SH again. I want to stay clean.

Your psych cannot make you go and see a different psych.
Perhaps you can see this new psych and just see how you go. It might be a really good match up, I guess you don't know unless you try.
I know it took me awhile and trying out a few psych's before I found the one I am seeing at the moment.
