I highly recommend this girl's videos. I found this ASMR Reiki for Depression video so soothing and relaxing. I don't believe in spiritual energies but I still found this really helpful.

This is a lovely video @Arizona her voice was so soothing. I am a reiki master having been initiated into reiki many years ago by a practitioner who gifted it for free 
All the things she had in this video I use in my own wellbeing toolkit. You can buy sage smudge on ebay or selenite wands off a reputed crystal dealer. Thanks for sharing it was lovely to watch this young lady in action. It was beautiful!

I found another one of her videos that was really helpful. This one is for panic attacks.
I'm going to watch her videos every night before I go to bed. It's going to be my new night time ritual.
