Thanks @Former-Member. I went and checked the place out today. I had to suppress my anxieties and walk in there and at first no one was around to speak to, but eventually found a staff member and everyone seemed lovely. I figure if I can beat these voices with medication, I'm going to try and learn the best ways I can to learn to live with them.

Well I went to my first group meeting and it was pretty good. Definitely going back! 😄

I'm doing sort of okay. Still topsy turvy in getting used to the 'world' again, but so far I'm managing @Kurra
