I can see it's a really tough day to get through today

Its wonderful that you're reaching out for support here, as that connection is a beautiful and funamental thing.

It can sometimes get to the point where you may need some further support outside of the forums too and I'm wondering if today might be one of those days.

Do you have a support you could reach out to today? Or maybe a helpline might be an option?

But its not a time in my life @Anastasia thats the thing. Its always fu*kinghere. Always. In my head. I m trying to drown that noise as much as i can but it's pointless. It always comes back around. And yes @Former-Member yeah sure i can call helplines and i can self care Nd whatever and maybe feel better for a hour or two bit it always comes back to this. Alwaysz. Always. Wothout a doubt. So what s the point
