aw... @tyme .. thank you kindly, so much! Those cuppas remind me of my grandmother back home .. she would make us tea and biscuits for afternoon tea in summer in England... the sun was low and long, the warmth was lovely, the backyard was lush and green and smelling of summer trees, and that unspoken connection between a nanna and her granddaughter was ever-present 🙂💜🌺

Oh, I have been feeling a bit unwell, and the medical results of physical changes aren't ever in the positive these days... its this that tends to knock my emotional energy levels out of kilter a little bit, and I feel a bit flat 😔

Im persisting to gather the wherewithal to get my backside in the office chair and do the work I was hoping to get done over the weekend - not letting things stop me is the challenge, but so far, I am meeting it and slightly winning ... 🙂
