I've just made myself a cuppa and would love a friend if anyone is around?

Thanks @tyme @ArraDreaming
Still going through body stresses.... just about got over all the operations and now my teeth have decided to have a meltdown which is going to be so expensive it will ruin me financially. Hopefully my Super will allow a compassionate release to get the bulk of it done.
On a positive note, I am so far cancer free - next test is in January.
How's everyone else going?

Wow @mr-robot-75 . That sounds very stressful. But I'm glad to hear you are cancer free.
Argh.. dental work in Australia is a headache. So so so costly. No wonder people go overseas to get their teeth done (I'm not telling you you should to that lol).
Even extracting a tooth is nearly $400 by the time you get the scans and everything....
Thank God I have preventative dental.

How are you today @ArraDreaming . I had a brilliant sleep last night after a workout that went for an hour and ten minutes, in which I did a high intensity interval run, and fairly soon I'm going for a gentle jog around Bondi, as I've earnt a rebound day. I might have a coffee while I'm there.

I woke up sick today too @ArraDreaming . I ended up taking meds and went out because I promised the kids cherry picking. It was a lovely day.
We had a picnic lunch at the park and then went to the cafe for afternoon tea. So many swans at the park. The kids were scared lol
