Aww sounds lush, and yummmm pizzas from scratch! Chef Jay in the house hehe. My Satdy has been pretty chill, had a nice sleep in and just played some video games. It's way cooler today, managed to get some nice sunshine yesterday, and went op shopping. So been a nice couple days!

we’re going simple tonight, tomato paste, homegrown basil, pepperoni, mozzarella, doneski
the point is to make those real basic ingredients good as opposed to overdoing it with lots of ingredients
top top - mix some crispy chilli oil into the tomato paste before spreading it on

Sounds soooo good @ArraDreaming! My fav has always been the classic, BBQ meatlovers. When I do homemade though, I think my fav has been sliced chorizo and caramelised onion!
I've always wanted to try making a nacho pizza too.... taco meat, beans, and topped with corn chips. Maybe I'll do that next time I wanna treat myself to some 'za!
@Shaz51 nice one, super productive day! I don't like tuna, but a pasta bake is something I could get behind! Been trying to think of what to cook next, I just finished my final serving of the potato and leek soup I made last week.

when I’m not making the dough we go all out, @Jynx mushrooms, capers, anchovies, good cheese, extra veg, all of it but like to keep it simple for these ones

Honestly sometimes simple is best hey @ArraDreaming, especially with homemade dough! Very easy to crowd a pizza!

An hour max including rising time…
put the yeast, warm water and pinch of sugar in bowl let it sit for 5-10, then make the dry ingredients (yeast, flour, salt). Combine, then knead, then let the whole thing rest in a bowl with a little oil for as long as it takes to rise @Jynx the warming the house is the better and faster it will rise, ours is slow today

@ArraDreaming Ive put dough (for cinnamon scrolls) in the bathroom under the heat light to rise before! Hehe
