Even if I do end up with covid I may not get really ill, some people get really ill, some just get mildly ill, also because I exercise and do a lot of jogging and bike exercise I have a strong cardiovascular system, as as being fully vaxxed.

It's really the lemons in lemonade, as it's also the cola bean in home made Coca-Cola that's good for stomach bugs, not so much the drinks themselves. The drinks themselves are simply comfort foods, which also come in handy when you're ill.

Re: Share a cuppa?

I've just heard someone explain what synesthesia is, and I remember telling someone they had synesthesia and that person came back to me and accused me of telling them they had a mental illness, which just wasn't true. Someone had fed them some crap about it being a mental illness, and then I copped the crap. So now when someone says they see colours or have taste sensations when hear sounds or see and hear words, I just go "Oh yeah, that's interesting." I know what it is and that it's only disturbing in extremely rare cases, and often when people tell you these things it's because they're unnecessarily anxious about them, but I'll just leave to deal with their own anxiety.

A friend of mine from church who's a psychiatrist always says a healthy lifestyle is money in the bank for a rainy day.
