I think I am going to have it with some lettuce, cheese, carrot and capsicum. Basic but the best!

Mum is OK @Former-Member but it is soo hard watching her deteriorate in little ways like getting me and her sister mixed up

Not able to get her words out and needing assistance with everything

Aw nice, that sounds like a really relaxing evening.

I am going to try and attempt some at home yoga tonight during my break from work (I work from home luckily). Feeling like I need a bit of a stretch today 🙂

@Shaz51, I can only imagine how difficult it is. And being able to see the "little" signs that maybe other people may not notice yet.
