Both our kids have only just started sleeping through at nearly 2 and 5, so we’ve been hit with the hard sleep stick for 5 years @Former-Member

mine was pretty bad pre family

but yeah glad we starting doing it! very easy to just go off and do your own thing and then get to 11pm and be like oh that was kinda isolating

Hey @ArraDreaming I'm with you! My kids still wake up all night. My almost 7 year old (can't believe that!) has only just started sleeping through! 😴

@ArraDreaming yeah, it's so easy to do that. But so awesome that you've made the change. I might give it a go.
