Share a cuppa?
I've just made myself a cuppa and would love a friend if anyone is around?

I don't think my psych understands how hard it is for me to go for a walk @Former-Member
It is like a monster inside my head stopping me from helping myself.
Hi @Shaz51 having a cuppa here too.

@Snowie!! Are you reading my mind?? That sounds just like what my brain does. Even though I want to go for a walk, and I know it's good for me, I just can't. I'm sorry your psych doesn't seem to understand. I think many people struggle to understand. Which I feel just makes me feel even more crap about it.
Not sure if you relate to this?
Again, there might be different reasons why you're having this experience, but the ADHD thread might have some useful strategies for overcoming that feeling We mostly call it Executive Dysfunction. ❤️ Wait what did I come into this thread for again? Oh yeah, ADHD!

aww @Shaz51 that's so lovely then! Glad Mr Shaz is happy about it. What a big milestone to get to 88!
We had my Nanny's 80th birthday about 2 weeks ago. It felt really special to be able to celebrate together ❤️

That sounds about right @Former-Member
I see my psych on Wednesday and it is something I plan on talking to her about.
Time for me to go to bed. Thanks for the cuppa and keeping me company tonight.
Hope tomorrow is a good day for you
