Share a cuppa?

Share a cuppa?

I've just made myself a cuppa and would love a friend if anyone is around?

You must feel you are in your element when working in the garden @ArraDreaming - I wish I felt that too!

(far from it!)

Guess what? I watch 2 more Bluey episodes yesterday. The Hammerbarn one where Bluey and Bingo get 'husbands' lol. Too funny. And the other was Dance Moves - that one was a bit strange.

Having a big party here in a few weeks so trying to get the yard all up to scratch, it felt good to get out there I have not had energy like that in a week or so, I feel like I have some energy back @tyme Got kid #1 to help for all of about 10 minutes before he started complaining so gave up on that.

Haha any Bluey episode is good the icecream one is one of our favourites or the Chinese takeaway one

Ooooo! Big party, eh? How exciting! That's really cool @ArraDreaming . Kids must be excited.

As for the Bluey episodes, I'll watch out for those two.

Kids couldn’t care less I don’t think 🤣 @tyme

#1 has just been asking if there will be icecream cake which there will not be, that’s all he cares about 🤣

@tyme hey Tyme, thanks for sharing MH experience. It's so hard sometimes. Thanks for your love. Much appreciated. Take care

It's been a rough ride for me @Meowmy - but I have come out. And part of my journey was spent connecting with people on the forums. It made me feel less alone. People here actually understood.

Hey how are you @Shaz51

Re: Share a cuppa?

I just had some dinner - rice with casserole too @Shaz51 .

As for 'paying it forward' - most definitely. It only right I give back to the community that helped me out of a rut.

If it weren't for my MH conditions, I would not be here today to share my experiences with you. That's why, I am so grateful for being challenged with MH illnesses - it has made me so much more compassionate and understanding.

Of course, there have been times where I questioned, "Why me?" - but now I know the answer.

I have an appointment with my psychologist tomorrow. I'm quite excited to give him updates on my life. I haven't had an appointment in AGES! He's seen me from the guttermost days... Speaking to him is just a chance for me to get a different view of things. I find having these appointments are good just to keep on track 🙂
