Share a cuppa?

I've just made myself a cuppa and would love a friend if anyone is around?

Re: Share a cuppa?

I completely understand @Paulette, some situations just completely tear us apart. I often say we don't know how strong we are until we have to be...and they're terrifying situations because we're aware we're aware our emotional resources are depleting and that we're exhausted, and we don't know if we'll survive. I've been there many times. All I can say is this is why I try to stay physically healthy and fit, because sometimes that's all we have to fight back with. I'm on your side @Paulette, that's all I can say. Start doing things to strengthen your physical health, it'll boost your self respect.

Hi @Shaz51, I went for a jog this morning, and then had a lovely mini quiche and a dirty chai after one of my mentally unstable neighbours called me a rapist. she is actually very mentally unstable, and even hates her own brother who's LGBT.

Re: Share a cuppa?

Hi @tyme, @Former-Member, @Shaz51 and all, I've just taken the opportunity today to tell off the woman who called me a rapist yesterday. I've helped her through some crises in her time here, I told her will never help her again. She's mentally unstable, and hopefully she's got the message that I won't even help her if she's suicidal. If I knew she were suicidal I'd reluctantly give her the barest minimum help. So I'd rather she were certain I won't even help her then, that way she won't bother me when she is. It's the first time I've directly told one Kay's cretins off, and it was easy.
