I'm feeling ok, but Fr. Peter not being there anymore is going to take quite some getting used to. He's left big shoes for the new parish priest to fill, and we don't know what direction the parish will go in with this new priest, he's definitely more conservative than Peter, which in some ways may be a good thing but we need to BV convince that conservative theology shouldn't exclude or force repentance on us LGBTQIA+ people. Not that he's doing that, but we feel a little bit in a precarious position right now. I think the archbishop has realised how really well loved and respected Peter and St. Joe's are, and that will make a difference I think.

Yes, I've had all up 3 litres of water today. That's a sufficient amount for a 24hr period. In fact I was making sure people were drinking enough water as well as the alcohol we were drinking. Another funny story about Peter, his tipple was single malt whisky.", and he said to me once "My bedroom is right above the whisky." and ever since then I refer to to the position of everything in my house according to its relation to the brandy.
