I have been trying to drink more water myself @Abner bought myself a new water bottle for motivation of one of those steel ones that keeps things cold for a long time, less coffee more water for me

Tooo cute! Fancy that... from getting so stressed out and anxious to go to kinder, to now pretty much telling you to leave. So adorable @ArraDreaming .
I have a nephew and niece starting school next year. Time has really flown.

I've bought a hydration bladder backpack for when I go on my long walks and jogs. It's a backpack you fill with 2 litres of water, and has a plastic straw attached, so you can sip as you go along. @ArraDreaming, maybe you could have done with one today, though seeing that would take people alittle by surprise at a birthday party.

@Abner I think we have one of them in the garage somewhere!
@tyme he’ll like school more structure routine he needs that and we have a lot of that at home so I think he will thrive. Time really does fly!
Christmas coming up soon too how fast has the year gone!’

The hydration bladder sounds so cool! I've seen them in the shops but I can't say I do enough exercise to get one! @Abner
And yes, @ArraDreaming - I feel time has really flown this year. After the past 2 years, this year has gone so fast.
It won't be long till you realise your boys are graduating!

I was supposed to go to church, but when I got up this morning I felt a twinge near my bowel and bit nauseous, and thought that may be a bit of mild diverticulitis, so I thought it better to stay home and horizontal for awhile. I spent alot of the day reading and watching Netflix with my cats beside me. I felt better by about 10.30 am, so I rang church - they worry about me when I unexpectedly don't arrive - and let them know all is well. So that was my day @tyme. I also got to have a late breakfast of some fruit, a dirty chai with 2 shots of espresso, and a small quiche at a local coffee shop.
