Something’s not right

Rant. Angry.

Rant. Angry.

Hi everyone,

just letting out a rant, my head is bursting. I don't really know where to start or what to say. Lol, nope no idea where to start. All a big big mess in there.... all is well on the outside it's just all in my head. Ok, that's it, now I've said it, there's a mess in my head. Good night.

Good way to sum up. Brief for a rant.

See you around

Hi @Appleblossom

Yep, short rant. Don't really think I can let my brain take over, it can be a bit temperamental and dangerous at times.

I guess I just want to know that I'm not alone. I don't feel like I can explain it to anyone outside my head, but I'm sure there'll be people here that get it.

Re: Rant. Angry.

Totally. Some of my best rants are single syllable sounds. I know what they mean.

@petrichor

I thought it was a powerful post. I feel like that most of the time.

hI @petrichor oh my yes, I get it.

Some of my most effective rants have been just gutteral growling sounds, no words, 'cos brain couldn't formulate them.

@Appleblossom @wellwellwellnez

Wish I could tidy inside my head the way I can tidy things outside, that would be a marvellous ability!!!

@wellwellwellnez

@Last-LamentHearing you about balancing the outside and the inside. In some worlds that is easier as the "boundaries" are more obvious. Keeping it tidy outside can help alleviate stress while we make sen se of inner world. SO much relies on the chaos order spectrum.

@petrichor

Sometimnes the brain takes us into dangerous terrain, so it is wise not to totally give it dominance.

Some people in psychoanalysis circles think it is a good idea to write out the knot. I have been trying that over the years, and bit by bit some clarity arises, but all in all my poor head aches.

Take Care

@Last-Lament

That would indeed be awesome. I'd tidy everything out and throw it in a bin.

Re: Rant. Angry.

Hi @Appleblossom

I write too and sometimes get some clarity and the have huge set backs and forget what I learn. Knots are so hard to untangle, I can understand you.

I've always had bad nights, but last night must have been the worst night in my life. It was different to nightmares, different to insomnia, different to flashbacks, different to emergencies... so different to anything I've ever experienced. I'm so exhausted I can't even worry about tonight. I'm emotionally dead.

Re: Rant. Angry.

Wishing you the best for tonight, hope that it has run its course. There is a working through ... or processing that the brain does.

@petrichor

Take Care while vulnerable.
