Yeah I have a guard too but it gave me terrible headaches so I've just given up with it. My teeth are all eft up anyway so meh.

No news here. Just putting off work and probably gonna be lazy af today. Last night kind of wrecked me a bit. I got very confused and woke up not knowing where I was, thinking I was somewhere else. It took me a while to figure out where I was and what was happening. Then the nice slew of hallucinations that went with it. Last time I saw my gp she said about doing a medication review with psychiatrist but while I probably need to do that it's just a terrible time to be fu*king around with medication. I don't know. Hallucinations and shit haven't been a huge drama for me but past few times they've gotten a bit more intense I think. And yeah, just got myself all worked up last night when I couldn't figure out where I was. I'm sure it's all just a stress thing though.

Oh that sounds awful @saltandpepper I hear you and I am so sorry that is going on for you.

Not disimilar to my boy prior to his meds changing actually. Gosh the amount of times I lay next to him reassuring him all was ok and he was safe 😞

Such a frightening situation to deal with, not fair and yes stress contributes big time from what I have learned from Dr.

Is there ever a good time to be messing round with meds @saltandpepper , arghhh again I hear you 😞

An app which helps my boy is Headspace, it plays meditation stories and the like. You can download it for free to try. Would that be something you would be interested in?

Ooph man I'm sorry he's had to go through all this and so young too. Poor bugger. You're a good mum taking care of him the way you do.

Yeah no there's never a good time, but perhaps a better time I suppose. When I saw her last it was when I was struggling with SI quite badly. She didn't want to go fu*king around with anything while I was like that. Weighing up the benefits vs the risks I guess.

I used to use a white noise app to help me sleep, I might go back to that I think. Helps me come back to the room when I wake up--dont know why I stopped using it actually.

How is your diamond dot painting going? Did I get that right?

Yeah well I wasn't going to worry about ithe meds thing unless it started getting a bit more frequent/intense. Will just see how it goes.

No plans for the weekend - usually revolves around how my boy is.

Friday nights my parents come over and we have pizza and a few drinks. It's always something I look forward to. (Dad is unwell so have to make the most of every minute)

Might get the UNO cards out tonight, we are quite competitive, I am happy to report I hold the winning title to date haha 🙂

What is your pizza of choice? Usually @Emelia8 joins us and has ham and pineapple, what can I order for you? I would LOVE for you to join us and see if you can take out the title for Uno, haha

I haven't played uno in forever, can't even remember how to play. I steer clear of games really, I'm an absolute sook when I lose haha. Having a kid is helping ease that though, can't lose your shit at a kid for winning haha actually played monopoly with my boy a while ago and he kept buying up properties and I was like "that's not a good idea man, you won't have any money left". He didn't take my advice and despite his terrible strategy and his complete lack of understanding around the game, he won haha

I'm not fussy re pizza. No pizza place here where I live so always gotta be home made. Sometimes I just chuck cheese on bread
