Anyone else cracking open a bottle at 3 in the afternoon? Feeling shitty. I don't even know why really, just been feeling shitty alot lately. I shouldn't have started drinking, just one I tell myself, just one because I have to function tonight when my boy comes over... i just want to go to drink and pass out. Anyone around?

Got some interrupted sleep thanks. Holly was restless, but breathing not as laboured as it had been I think. 🐶👍🙏💗
Lazing in bed now, not wanting to get up. But I need to. Shower first up I think. Then a leisurely breakfast, as I make some notes re my GP apt this morning.
Probably need to do a quick grocery shop when I'm in town too.

Hanging in limbo is never fun hey @Anastasia well you can still start thinking from your side of it re new pathways etc. Your job kinda sounded pretty demanding, maybe a change of pace would be nice? Maybe? Try not to jump too far ahead of it all. One day at a time. How's working from going? Getting much done?

@NatureLover thanks for dropping in. Yeah bit rough. Happens from time to time. Had to go out this morning and just came home and face planted in bed. Caught a couple hours sleep which is fantastic. Though I did wake up in there doing the thing with my teeth where they smash together. Hurt a bit. Probably getting close to the nerve on one of them. How's your day looking @NatureLover?

Bed sounds good although I have a new support worker turning up at 230pm to meet us. I'd love to say my boy is out of bed but he's not so the meeting might happen in his room at this stage!
