How is everyone travelling?

Wow what a huge week it has been, lots of big things happening, had probably the hardest but also most empowering session I've had with my tdoc. And all round I just feel like something has shifted or rather healed deep inside me. I've been on a journey to find my true self for SO darn long and I feel as if this week I have really made huge steps in discovering the real me. As Jeff told me on Wednesday with a huge smile on his face, "This is such an exciting time for you! Wow, so cool!"

Hope everyone else is doing okay. Going to try and do some writing tonight. Have a nice warm cosy night, hope everyone is coping okay with this never ending lockdown, no lockdown, lockdown, no lockdown merry-go-round.

Hey there! Good to hear from you...and even better to hear of your progress!

Am doing ok here thanks. Keeping out of the cold wind outside, just hoping no branches fall on the house (we are surrounded by trees...awesome most of the time, but a bit dodgy in the wind).

@bipolarbunny Very happy for you BB, I hope it's a solid foundation for moving forward. There'll still be daily challenges but if at heart you're happier and more at peace it's wonderful progress. I hope you can find the words to consolidate your new insights and document your journey. Onward and upward.
