Dear All

i hope you are all travelling smoothly.....

Thinking of my friends in Victoria, hoping the lockdown ends ASAP.

My day has been productive as I completed a work task and presentation I had been worrying about.

I'm cooking a mixed bean and lamb soup/stew tonight which is one of my hubby's favourites.
Early to bed for me again in this cold weather.

Re: Let`s talk about Bipolar

hiya @Shaz51

Had a nice day overall with a few tears thrown in along the way. Went on an outing for breakfast with a local mental health support service, saw 2 Koalas. Came home took number one son shopping and then helped daughter with her exam preparation for uni. Now I am checking out the forums to see what interesting things I can find here. I really don't know why I didn't know about Sane Forums sooner. It's a well kept secret it seems.

Oh and I made cheese toast like Sizzler used to make - so good

I keep tinned tuna sardine salmon at work for toast snacks and lunch. I read somewhere good for brains and mental health.

Re: Let`s talk about Bipolar

Hello @Oaktree ,

The expression through tears sounds familiar.

Admiration to you for ringing the clinic today. The outcome was neutral, but you did make the move. All support to you for the next call.

Best Wishes

HenryX

Re: Let`s talk about Bipolar

tears are needed for a natural release for all we're dealing with. Lovely to hear about the koala sightings 🐨 🐨 .
Children grow so quickly.... 🥲 I miss my son's presence from when we lived together.... 'life passes by in a blink of the eye'.

The forums are a gift. Thanks 🙏 all.

Re: Let`s talk about Bipolar

Not sure who Debbie Downer is @Oaktree when I was under a mental health clinic all I had to do was leave a message with reception and they would send an email to the case manager to contact you when she returned to work. Saves having to keep thinking about it. Take care 🌻
