Hi @Former-Member yes lockdown is in full swing here, they are talking about extending it if cases keep popping up. I'm struggling at the moment not with lockdown with winter in general. It's really knocked me around I feel so tired and flat and just very melancholy. Loneliness is really taking its toll at the moment too. To top it off I have to put in a review to NDIS as my plan is insufficient to cover my therapy and I honestly just want to plunge down the rabbit hole and not resurface for awhile. But alas I have to adult. *sigh*

I have been feeling very flat lately. I hope the lockdown doesn't last too long for you guys.

Hi @bipolarbunny yes the winter weather is a downer for sure. I prefer the cold but not with the rain. The cold temperatures help me sleep. I have only just put a summer quilt/dooner on the bed instead of a throw. My body doesn't cope with the heat.

hope your mum had a lovely time with her sister and that the journey wasn't too long for you. At least you have some company now. I don't know what you have to do for the NDIS. The thought of it totally overwhelms me.

i had to cancel my very long awaited dental appt. next one is available until late July. My cold has become a yuky cough! Looks like there is a poem in there somewhere re: going down the Rabbit hole!

@Former-Member sorry to hear you have a cold progressing to cough 😟 You're not in Melbourne are you? Have you been tested for Covid? I hardly ever get a cold since started taking Vit-D daily.

@Former-Member You need to use sheet metal self tapping screws. Some have drill bit at the end that are self drilling others you may have to drill the hole. Make sure you don't drill through the side of the van 😬 The gold looking one is the one with its drill bit.

Went out today and burst into tears 3 times. Feeling like Debbie Downer today. Not too sure what's wrong with me. Guess it's all the stress with hubby. Tried to ring the clinic today to make an appointment with my new case manager whom I have only seen once (6 weeks ago) and of course she was off sick. I guess I will work up the courage to call again next week.
