@Bunniekins Oh Pea, I will sit with you. I am the same my friend. I have no one. I enjoy my own company, only because I've had no choice over the years but be alone so I've had to learn to love it. It still gets lonely though. Big hugs my friend xx

Sorry you are feeling blue today @Bunniekins , I hope you find some thing to keep your mind busy. Do you enjoy any type of craft? I am trying to work through my photos on the iPad. I felt so bad that I hadn't printed any of my grandkids pics out and the youngest is now 3 It wil be nice to finally get to see them in an album. It is overwhelming but will be worth it.

Hi @bipolarbunny: I hear you about being like Goldilocks with the weather. There's a slim margin of about four degrees when I really feel comfortable with weather, haha! I'm also like the Princess and the Pea with other things. I wonder if that senstivity is something that other people with bipolar feel. I am also a really picky eater.

Hope you have a really good Sunday.

I'm up and down, but hopefully that's better than the heavy downward pressure I have been feeling lately. I am noticing little positives in the world around me, and that's a good sign.
