cancelled work for the next few days for Mr. Shaz -- might have to cancel work altogether soon, i think.

waiting is hard --- to get the outcome of our broken-down car.

we have MIL car to go to the doctors this afternoon, fingers crossed.

That's a nuisance about your car Shaz, it's good your in-laws have rallied around you. Hope Mr shaz and you both got some much-needed sleep.

Have you been able to reach your psych Gezza? I'm just catching up on the news etc and did a bit of lobbying on a local issue. Then there'll be chores. It's good you've already been for a walk. I'll go later. Does music help?

@hanami Yes I enjoyed my outing especially as a friend I haven’t seen for a long time came to the pub. It improved my mood.

That's so nice @GezzaP . What was for lunch? Did you enjoy your beer? I don't drink anymore as it makes my anxiety worse but it's so hot here today I actually feel like a bit sip of ice cold beer!
