Hi @Shaz51 and @Delicatessen I'm ok having trouble with sleep so much happening in my head. I'm back to a bipolar diagnosis but bpd is hanging around at least they agree on ptsd and anxiety but I now have been told I have social anxiety too. Starting some new meds and begin detox Monday. I'm a bit nervous and scared I will fail as alcohol has been in my life since I was a baby.

Having a weird day today want to do stuff but don't know where to start. Am struggling with disappointment as people keep letting me down.

One day at a time I guess.

Hi @Sirine thats way too much going on. Sleep is absolutely with everything you have going on. Maybe see if your professional supports can get you over the line. Are you talking with your professional supports to break-down everything down (and helping you document) so that your priorities are clear and everything doesn’t seem so chaotic and interwoven?

Hi @Delicatessen yes lots going on. Feel very alone. Have doctor Monday afternoon and therapist Tuesday afternoon. I have my detox counsellor every day. All I deal with is clinicians. I'm broke want to go back to work, need to move, struggling to pay bills, but then I spend on afterpay. I felt frozen today but did get a little sleep this arvo. Wasn't great sleep but still sleep. Normally I can't sleep during the day as my room is not dark and we have assholes for neighbours.

I've applied for an over 50s unit I can't stay here. Sorry for being so negative 😔

@Sirine . I am also struggling with lack of sleep and it even caused a recent hospital admission for me. I decided for the future to ask for short term sleeping pills if things get really bad. I am interested to hear about what you know about over 50 accommodation. I have been thinking about this as well but haven't done any research into it yet. 🙃 sending hugs and wishes. It sounds like u are going through some struggles atm

@Olga I am looking at calyptus properties. They are co-living so you need to share but everything is covered, power, gas, internet etc. There is a site called down sizing which might help. I don't know what state your in but google calyptus co-living rentals. Hope that helps xx
