Sending you a big slow hug @Former-Member . So glad you and your husband could be there for your grandson today. Tears come for a reason and sometimes they're flushing our poor tired brains.
Thankyou for your forum support and your help and compassion. I feel a bit out of my depth sometimes but mutual support seems to be the currency here and I offer what I can.
Have you had your general health checked recently? Sometimes there's anaemia or a vitamin deficiency or another problem that's easily fixed that's underlying a low mood and tiredness. Your gp could easily run bloods - or maybe it's an excuse to see another gp. It could be the chance you've been waiting for!
I wish I were as house-proud as you. I don't keep up with the housework and would like to downsize, declutter, clean and renovate. I've read Marie Kondo and my house definitely doesn't spark joy at the moment. It's probably my main goal, after reconnecting with people.
Travel too. I've been seeing photos of WA wildflowers and wish I could be there to see them. Do you have any trips planned?
I hope you have a better weekend @Former-Member . Looking forward to hearing from you
