What’s next?

Sitting here listening to the bird noises (I would like to say bird song but there is too many different sounds) As I said in my getting start post, I have hit rock bottom and slipped into a crack and it has me wondering what now! I know the only way is up (as I sing that one line from a song I can't remember the rest of the words too) In my last session I finally got it, the only hand that can pull me out is my own and that scares me due to the lack of faith, well the lack of anything in myself to succeed.

So here I am, stripped raw not a memory left unexplored (that I am aware of) no secrets hidden. Now I get to start again, putting it all back together bit by bit. I know there will be lots of times I may fall backwards but I am hoping that I won't get stuck there.

Don't worry love this drama stretched and stress and stressessss for life time times it's like day of our life's with so many creepy secrets peoples lives and life's times can come un done in an instant that have been secrect for decades and know especially me are going to start the truth all about it it all now with out legal people and solicitors being on the front foot I just thought we could all talk with each other honestly what a shame we just can't rave on like we used to,SANE is now fodder for courthouse folder non of us have none anything wrong we really believe we care for people but have no financial interest I think it's time I get of thisk. FORUM Cant we just be supportive. And king to each other

I'm not aware of what was removed, but its clear you are trying to seek support. I'm very saddened that you have not been able to access the support you need.

I care about you a great deal Clawde and am upset that you are not getting the support you are entitled to. Especially at a time you clearly need it the most.

Please take care dear Clawde. You have many people here who love and respect you.
