What’s next?

Sitting here listening to the bird noises (I would like to say bird song but there is too many different sounds) As I said in my getting start post, I have hit rock bottom and slipped into a crack and it has me wondering what now! I know the only way is up (as I sing that one line from a song I can't remember the rest of the words too) In my last session I finally got it, the only hand that can pull me out is my own and that scares me due to the lack of faith, well the lack of anything in myself to succeed.

So here I am, stripped raw not a memory left unexplored (that I am aware of) no secrets hidden. Now I get to start again, putting it all back together bit by bit. I know there will be lots of times I may fall backwards but I am hoping that I won't get stuck there.

Part one was months ago and typed by Izzy, but here is my version of first world problems😁

HAVE YOU EVER REALLY NOTICED HOW NOISY HOUSEWORK IS????????

The noise of the plumbing when trying to do a load of washing

The noise of opening the front and back door

Trying to take down the rubbish but hitting every squeaking step and maybe found a couple of new squeaks

Last but not least, the weekly clean out of the kitty litter!!!!!!!

I guess the moral of the story would be to NOT do your housework at 4 in the morning if you have people still trying to sleep. 😂😂😂😂

I am so very sorry I haven't been around my love. Things haven't been good. Wish I could talk to you about it but given the guidelines I cannot. I am safe but not doing well. I spent a couple nights In Hospital.
I bope you are doing ok beautiful. I haven't stopped thinking about you.

Hello @Lee82 , I am sorry you aren't doing well and that you have been in hospital.

It will be good to see you around here a bit more if you are up to it. I had a rough time last week but it's behind me now so I'm moving on again...one step at a time.
