@Lee82 Been a full on few days Hon. It is nice to be back with the kids but swamped with extra work that needs to be done and reports coming up so need to get on top of those early because I have to do those for both Art and our class - so have more than anyone else to do.

@Anastasia , it is kind of easy to forget those sounds and feelings when I get so very close to giving up. Last night was not a great night for me. I have been holding so many emotions and events to close to my chest and yesterday while doing a little walk with my neighbour I saw a kid walking towards me with a toy that reminded me of another traumatic experience which was very triggering for me. Barely made it home before I melted down in the driveway because of the perceive threat. With that came everything I was holding in and well you can guess the rest. I feel like I am not making much sense right now, my head is still not very clear today, switching a lot, disassociating . Sorry for dumping this on you, with all you have got going on and what is happening for your son. I hope he stays safe and finds some peace and hope in his world, that goes triple for you my beautiful friend.

@Lee82 , kind over this worry tag game we play. I am so sorry I haven't been around and I hope with every fiber of my being that you are doing as ok as you can be right now. Day in day out I think of you and wonder how you, your boys and Boris are doing.I got to spend some quality time with my granddaughter over the holidays and she made up for not seeing me for a year, couldn't stop her talking I am almost finished the poppies for my driveway on Sunday, we are having a street breakfast after the service, I say we but I won't be going at last count there was meant to be 28 for breakfast. But that hasn't stopped me from making about 50 Anzac cookies, I will be buttering two loaves of bread tonight and separating the sausages to go on the barbie. My son is coming over every second Monday (can't remember if I told you) and his stays are getting longer and longer. This coming Monday him and I are making coconut ice for him, he told me last week that he had been looking for a recipe for coconut slice for ages but couldn't find one!! When I asked him what it was, he described coconut ice ( shaking my head) Monopoly game to finish and him and hubby will have their usual discussion about crypto currency which is my excuse to leave the room, I don;'t understand any of that. My cat decided that I wasn't getting her morning treat fast enough so she decided to scatter all my poppies and to try and eat one. Missing you so much, Love you always

I am sorry you wasted your time writing that post. I have edited what I think may have been the reason it was removed, but I am not sure as I usually get an email telling me what to edit. I am not sure if it will stay up or not. I did say my mine was not clear and I know better then to post when that is the case. But I still do it, I am surprised really that they don't take further action as it seems to happen every couple of months. Thank you for hearing me though @Anastasia I am struggling today with loneliness and fear, I am unable to go further than my front door it's crippling me today.

I am missing my grandparents more than normal lately. We have made a little garden up the back in memory of them (now I just have to keep the alive, I am not a green thumb) Still I was struggling to express the emotions I was feeling so I did this painting instead. The image at the bottom is cut out of vinyl but I did paint the night sky. I think it speaks volumes
