what am I needing right now? a good question to ask ourselves

hi everyone this just came to mind ,a question what am I needing right now and its a question we all ask ourselves at times and theres many answers to this question are we needing more of something or someone or prehaps less of something or someone are we needing more sleep or excercise,family time or more goals to complete or maybe less stuff less clutter in our lives its always a good question to ask but sometimes a complicated question to answer what do we need?
