Negative thoughts

Negative thoughts

It's been over a week since I got discharged from the psych ward,. Every waking day I always have these intrusive thoughts as well as plans., I don't know how I can fight this., I spent Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day alone far away from my family and my little nephew., The distance between me and my family is not by choice, it's purely because of my brother in law who doesn't like me and atm my parents, sister, nephew and my brother in law lives under one roof. By feeling rejected and alone makes me feel that everyone is better off without me., I got a house full of possible things I can use to take my own life and then me living alone is the best situation coz no one will know whether I'm dead or alive...

I'm so sorry to see that you are struggling through an extremely tough time at the moment. It is one thing to be experiencing heavy and intense thoughts and urges and another thing to be feeling so isolated from your family. Thank you for sharing with us what you are carrying at the moment, and I do truely hope that we can help you carry that load, even a little bit.

If you need to reach out for some support over the weekend, please do so;
