Holiday Hangout Zone!

Hi fellow forum members! I hope you are safe and well. I've decided to create a holiday hangout zone for the next few weeks where forumites can pop in for holiday talk or other non-related holiday talk of Christmas isn't on the to-do list this year.
Maybe you have a favourite thing you like doing over this period of the year that you'd like to share? Or, do you wait til Boxing Day for the sales or cricket and get into the fun of the break? Maybe COVID-19 has totally ruined your year and you can't wait til the year is over to start 2021 with fun and hope for the new year? Whatever you want to discuss within guidelines, add to the list and let's get together online and have some fun!

I'll pop in when I can to see what's happening and to let you know what's going on for me and go from there.

I look forward to seeing you in the Zone!

Hi @Adge @MDT @Shaz51 @jamesle2015 @LostAngel @Maggie @frog @Former-Member @Anastasia @Schitzo and all forum friends here at the moment. Just dropping my in to see how things are going. I'm currently shopping with my sister and housemate- they're in a queue at Spotlight whilst I'm sitting outside chillin!- and I plan on doing some quiet activities later.

My key thing is I need sleep so at some point I need to just drop everything and prn.

Hi @frog @jamesle2015 @Adge @MDT @Shaz51 @Former-Member @Bunniekins and everyone here. I'm just trying to relax after watching the news on TV and helping my sister remove an old futon. She managed to purchase a couch at the Salvos store today and get it delivered this afternoon so of course, I had to help her swap couches around- all without having any coffee in my system today! Yes, it was fun - not! Suffice to say, I need to chill out and cool my heels.


@frog please take it easy froggy one. Do whatever you need to help you keep well and okay🐸!

@jamesle2015 I'm glad to know you are taking it easy and having fun.

@Judi9877not really 'having fun'....I got to go appointment tomorrow 🙂

It's better for me to go back to work - I'm going back next week Monday 4/1....

Back in January 2018 I took 3 weeks leave from work to go on NZ cruise....

I learnt that I don't want to go on any more cruises....it was my first time.....

3 weeks is a lot for me....normally I might take a day or two off from work during the year for medical

not sure when I will take more 'leave' after this 🙂

@Judi9877 Hey Judi9877 thank you for the tag :D. I have had a great day my ex came up and we had dominoes and spent time together. It was wonderful. It is now beautifully raining which is fantastic. Hoping you have a wonderful restful evening. Love peaxxx
