We worked this morning

This afternoon recovering from yesterday and just relaxing and watching TV

Took hubby a while to relax a bit after yesterday, so he has doctors and MH team to see next week

My day has been positive thank you @Shaz51 , with the achievement of 'getting things done' being maximised - one of my favourite things is ticking things off the list 😊🙌... which is more like one of those rolls of paper that never ends, instead it just keeps getting written on again and again! 😁

I did have a slow start.. just some physical issues - did my best not to let that become an 'emotional governor' of my day, and I think it worked out ok 🙂💖

Sounds like yesterday was challenging for Mr Shaz, understandably💜

I hope the appointments go as well as possible for him next week 🙂

And I hope you are doing ok, while providing care💞
