Visited my mum today and she was not very well , think she will be in bed for the day xx

I know your relatives will probably have something to say - I just hope they will be helpful - coping with all of this on your own with your own health issues will be challenging - I know

Looks like Mr shaz can come home tomorrow, trying to get everything sorted and tons of new meds , next step is a MH plan , doctors , specialists and pension

D1 still feeling a bit anxious for him to come home , she thinks it might be too early

I amm feeling a bit stressed about everthing at the moment ( Mr shaz , Mum , Me , our declining work )

after this morning and this week so far i am just feeling soo tired, wornout , exhausted
