I love having a high @Shaz51 but I guess it’s easier for me as I’m not disrupting anyone a 3 in the morning when I’m vacuuming or sitting staring at a blank tv scream laughing hysterically!

And with all these extra issues and Mr Shaz on a high - then his downs which normally follow - and your own health - this has to be totally exhausting.

thank you for your wonderful messages

up here we had over 970mm of rain before wednesday

and we had 3 days this week of amazing sunshine ☀️

which was great but we tried to do sooo much in those few day

weather makes a big difference to our mental health

today Sunday it is raining lots again ☔

yesterday we cleaned nearly all of the ceilings and walls at my mother in law`s place , wow am i aching today but happy that we done it

i visited my mum today , her dementia is declining little by little and getting more unstable on her feet

came back home and Mr shazs has his music therapy nice and loud and is relaxing but has told me all the things that are running in his mind , so i am writting them down on paper so we can cross them out as we do them

cuppa time now 😀

Your weather sounds pretty full on @Shaz51 . Melbourne is having a couple of warm days but it's quite nice.

Making a list of Mr shaz' worries sounds really positive and helpful. I hope you have no trouble working through them and crossing them off

It must be sad to see your mum declining. It's so good she's in care and still so close.

Is your mum-in-law still in hospital? Mr shaz must be worried about her.

I should do my windows and walls too... good on you for your effort. Just take care not to overdo it.

my mother in law is back home now , she has to have a xray next week and have a strench removed

yes the list is ok but i know he will change his mind over and over so will go will it my friend
