Nothing broken but skin off her leg and cheek, she is feeling more shaken up now

Broken sleep my awesome friend @StuF , just light sleeping

Also up a few times a night because of my kidney disease

And also Mr shaz cutting out one of his medication is now taking him longer to go to sleep
