to see just nothing where your home stood. I would not cope at all with what you are going through. You give so much to so many here. I do wish I could comfort you and offer real friendship. But this is what we have so have to make the best of it that we can

Such a difficult experience dear lady.

You are being strong, you have been strong, and you will continue to be strong, because that is your way. The days when you are not as strong as on other days are not less meaningful, nor do they mean you are weak; they are simply days that you take to look after yourself.

When you are able to, you may like to devise a sort of ritual type experience where you remember your old home, give thanks to all that it has been to you and your family. Maybe keep some part to make a memory piece out of? I expect you've thought of that yourself though, being the thoughtful, creative soul you are.

Oh no @Shaz51 . My heart breaks for you despite never having been through what you've experienced in the last year or 2😢. That must have been so distressing and upsetting to watch. I just wish there was something more I could do for you but I can't unfortunately. All I can give is my support, friendship, love and a listening ear whenever you post here on the forums which I know isn't much in the scheme of things.

You are such a wonderful and caring person and I love having you here on the forums. You really do emulate all of the values of SANE in your role as a Community Guide and as a general forum member and I admire you greatly.
